Whether you are on our "Core Plan" or our "Pro Plan", you have the option to increase the number of Users or Wellness Programs in the "Add-Ons" tab in your "Settings".
If you ever downgrade your account, or just realize you don't want the "add-ons" anymore, you will need to manually remove them from your account. This can be done very simply by following these steps:
1) Click on your "Settings" tab
2) Click the "Add-Ons" tab
3) Reset the number of Users and Wellness Programs to zero "0" and click "Add to Plan"
4) You will be asked to confirm this choice and will see the cost of "$0.00" for add-ons.
5) Once confirmed, you are all set - the add-ons will be removed.
