How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

Learn how to change from Starter or Business plans and learn how to add or remove Add-ons

Customers on the Enterprise Plans need to contact us through the Messenger to make a change. To get access to the Enterprise plan, you'll need to talk to Sales and sign an annual contract.

With a month-to-month subscription, upgrading from Starter or downgrading from Business is easily managed on your Billing page within "Settings".

Upgrade your plan

To upgrade from your current plan, click on your Settings in the menu to your account, then click on Billing.

Below your current plan, select Upgrade Plan.

Here, you'll be able to:

  • Select the Business plan and then click Upgrade, or

  • Select the Enterprise plan and click Contact Us.

Downgrade your plan

You can only downgrade from the Business plan to the Starter plan. This would cancel any subscription you have active.

Below your current plan, select Cancel Plan.

Complete the cancellation questionnaire to cancel your plan. Once complete you'll confirm your cancellation and your current subscription will be cancelled.

You'll still have full access to all the Business Plan features until the end of your billing cycle.

Note:

  • If you downgrade from a plan with more than 5 users active, you'll be prompted to deactivate the required number of users and MySymmio licenses until you are under the limit.

  • If you’re currently on the Enterprise plan and would like to downgrade to another plan, contact your Account Manager.
