How to Upgrade Your Plan

If you are a customer on our Enterprise Plan, you may need to make changes to your account. In order to do so, you will need to contact us through the Messenger feature. This article will guide you through the process of upgrading to the Enterprise Plan and making any necessary changes.

Upgrade your plan

If you're looking to upgrade your current plan, you've come to the right place! Follow these simple steps to upgrade your plan and unlock even more features and benefits.

Step 1: Access Your Account Settings

To get started, click on the Settings option in the menu of your account. This will take you to your account settings page.

Next, click on the Billing tab. This is where you can manage all of your billing and payment information.

Under your current plan, you'll see an option to Upgrade Plan. Click on this to begin the upgrade process.

Step 2: Upgrade Plan

On this page, you'll have the option to select the Business plan and then click Upgrade. This plan is perfect for small to medium-sized businesses looking to take their account to the next level.

How to Downgrade Your Plan

At some point, you may find that your current plan no longer meets your needs and you want to downgrade to a lower plan. This can easily be done through our platform. However, please note that downgrading is only possible from the Business plan to the Starter plan. Any other plan changes will require you to cancel your current subscription and sign up for a new plan.

Step 1: Access Your Account Settings

To begin the process of downgrading your plan, log into your account and navigate to your account settings. This can usually be found by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Locate Your Current Plan

In your account settings, you will see a section labeled "Plan". This will display your current plan and any active subscriptions you have.

You can only downgrade from the Business plan to the Starter plan. This would cancel any subscription you have active.

Below your current plan, select Cancel Plan.

This will bring you to a confirmation page where you will be asked to confirm the cancellation of your current plan.

Step 3: Confirm Cancellation

Before your plan can be downgraded, you will need to confirm the cancellation of your current plan. This will also cancel any active subscriptions you have. Once you have confirmed, your plan will be downgraded to the Starter plan.

Please note that any changes to your plan will take effect immediately and any remaining time on your current plan will not be refunded.You'll still have full access to all the Business Plan features until the end of your billing cycle.
