How to Downgrade Your Symmio Plan
Downgrading your Symmio subscription plan is a simple process. If you find that your current plan no longer meets your needs, you can easily downgrade to a lower plan. Follow the steps below to downgrade your plan.
1) First, navigate to the "Settings" tab in your Symmio account. Then, click on the "Billing" option.
2) On the Billing page, click the "Change Plan" button.
3) Choose your desired downgrade option. You will be prompted to confirm your decision.
If you are currently on the Enterprise Plan, please note that the "Downgrade Plan" button option will not be available for you. Instead, you will need to contact your designated Symmio team member to discuss downgrade options.
