What happens when I downgrade my account?

How to Downgrade your plan from the "Pro Plan"

If you are on the "Pro Plan" and want to downgrade, you will need to follow the following steps:

1) Click on "Settings" and then "Billing"

2) Click "Change Plan"

3) You will be asked to confirm the downgrade - once you do that, your account will be downgraded.

If you are on the Enterprise Plan and want to downgrade your plan, you will need to email us at: [email protected] so that we can assist you with this.

If you are on the Core Plan, you do not have a downgrade option. Downgrading to the "Free Trial" is not possible.

I downgraded - now what happens?

After downgrading, please understand that you will still have access to the number of Users and Wellness Programs that you had on the Core Plan until the end of your billing cycle.

For instance, if your billing normally happens on the 15th of the month and you downgraded on the 20th, you will still have access to the Core Plan until the 14th of the following month (because you already paid for those services). On the next billing cycle, your account will shift to the Core Plan and you will now have access to the 30 Users and 30 Wellness Programs.

Please note - if you have "Add on" Wellness Programs or Users with your Pro Plan - they are not removed with your downgrade! You will need to remove those yourself. You can read about how to cancel "Add-ons" HERE.
