What happens when my "Free Trial" is over?

Free Trial Information

Thank you for choosing Symmio! We are excited to help you and your team improve your overall wellness. To get started, we offer a 30-day free trial for all new accounts. During this trial period, you will have access to our administrative Wellness Platform and a total of 10 Users and 10 Wellness Programs.

As the Account Holder, you will take up one of the 10 User slots and Wellness Programs, but you also have the ability to share Symmio with 9 other people. This allows you to get a feel for our platform and see how it can benefit your team.

Upgrade Options

At the end of the 30 days, you have 3 upgrade options to choose from:

1) Core Plan: For $49.99 per month, you can upgrade to our Core Plan which provides access to 30 Users and 30 Wellness Programs.

2) Pro Plan: If you need more users and programs, our Pro Plan offers access to 125 Users and 50 Wellness Programs for $99.99 per month.

3) Enterprise Plan: If you have specific needs or require a custom plan, you can email us at [email protected] to discuss our Enterprise Plan options. We will set up a call to understand your needs and create a plan that fits them.

If you do not choose to upgrade at the end of your 30-day free trial, your account will deactivate. This means that any of your users actively using Symmio's assessments and wellness programs will lose access.
