A

  • Add-ons: Optional features or user allotments that can be added to a subscription plan.

  • American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM): Source of evidence-based guidelines used in Symmio for activity and health metrics.

  • Area of Focus: Symmio-identified priorities based on assessment results to guide improvement.

  • Assessment: A set of tests (Movement and Lifestyle) used to evaluate a user's functional wellness.

  • Assessments: The combined result of Movement and Lifestyle Assessments.

  • Assessment Only (Link Type): A unique link for the functional wellness assessment only, with no auto-enrollment.

  • Assessment + Wellness Program (Link Type): A link that includes both the assessment and automatic enrollment into a wellness program.

  • Balance & Reach Test: A movement test evaluating lower-body control and balance.

  • Baseline Assessment: The first assessment completed by a user to establish a starting point.

  • Behavioral Health: A domain focused on mood, emotional health, and psychological well-being.

  • Behavioral Health Score History: A timeline of changes in behavioral health scores.

  • Biological Sex: A demographic variable used to personalize scoring and risk assessment.

  • Billing: Section in Settings for managing subscription payments and invoices.

  • Billing History: Record of all billing transactions for the account.

  • BMI (Body Mass Index): A measure based on height and weight to determine weight classification.

    • Obese: BMI 30.0 and above

    • Overweight: BMI 25.0–29.9

    • Healthy Weight: BMI 18.5–24.9

    • Underweight: BMI below 18.5

  • Body Composition: A health indicator using BMI and hip-to-waist ratio.

  • Body Composition Score History: Track record of changes in body composition scores.

  • Breath Hold Time: A breathing test result measuring breath control duration.

  • Breathing Quality: A domain assessing respiration function and efficiency.

  • Breathing Quality Score History: Historical log of breathing quality assessments.

  • Birthdate: Required demographic input for users.

  • Clearing Tests (Shoulder & Spine): Screening movements that identify painful or restricted patterns.

  • Core Plan / Pro Plan / Enterprise Plan / Trial Plan: Different subscription tiers with varying features and user limits.

  • Current Pain / Injury Location: Self-reported areas of discomfort identified during assessments.

  • Current Streak: Number of consecutive days a user has followed their assigned program.

  • Dashboard: Admin or coach view summarizing user activity, assessment stats, and wellness progress.

  • High-Risk Recommendations – Behavioral Health: Recommendations triggered by elevated mental health risk factors.

  • High Risk Users: Users classified as high risk based on assessment results.

  • History: Tab showing all prior assessments and changes in scores.

  • HIP-TO-WAIST RATIO: Measure of body shape and associated health risks.

    • High: 1.0 or above

    • Moderate: 0.96–0.99

    • Low: Below 0.95

  • Injury History Score History: Score trend tracking past injuries and recovery.

  • Lifestyle Assessment: Self-reported evaluation of sleep, stress, diet, and behavioral wellness.

  • Links: Custom-generated URLs for onboarding users.

  • Link Type: Defines whether the link sends users to assessment only or also enrolls them in a wellness program.

  • Low Risk: Indicates no major wellness concerns in the assessment.

  • Moderate Risk: Indicates manageable but noteworthy wellness concerns.

  • Movement Assessment: Guided test of physical mobility, strength, and pain response.

  • Movement Health: Domain encompassing joint health, muscle control, and physical range of motion.

  • Movement Health Score History: Score tracking for movement-related wellness.

  • Muscle Strength Training: Weekly strength activity level.

  • Sleep Wellness: Domain that evaluates rest quality and habits.

  • Sleep Wellness Score History: Tracks trends in sleep-related responses.

  • Spine Clearing Test: Pain screen to detect back-related movement issues.
