Overall Wellness Score
This section shows the overall wellness score of your user's most recent Symmio assessment. If you want to force a re-assessment for your user, you can click the "Retest" button under the wellness score. This will prompt a reassessment to pop up in the Symmio App the next time the user logs in.
MSK Risk Category
This easy to understand section uses a graph to demonstrate what category of risk the user is in. They will fall into one of four categories: Low Risk, Slight Risk, Moderate Risk, or High Risk. We recommend further intervention with those in the High Risk category.
Pain Locations Identified

Areas of Focus
This section lists the two lifestyle areas of your user that are in greatest need of change. The areas listed here are the two areas your user will be receiving educational readings about within the daily "to-do's" of their Symmio program.
Last Assessment Date
This section is located under the Areas of Focus section and will inform you of the date of your user's most recent assessment.
