How to Access a User's Profile Page

To access a user's profile page, follow these simple steps:

This will take you to the user's profile page, which is full of important information and displays 4 different tabs to choose from:

  1. Summary page

  2. Assessments page

  3. Wellness Program page

  4. History page

Let's dive into what each page means:

Summary Page

The Summary page provides a comprehensive overview of the user's wellness information, including Onboarding, Overall Wellness Score, MSK Risk Category, Pain Locations Identified and Areas of Focus etc.

Assessments Page

The Assessments page displays a breakdown of the user's previous and current scores for each of the 8 areas that Symmio tests. It also shows the user's progress in each area and the priority level (High, Moderate, or Low) for each area.

Wellness Program Page

The Wellness Program page provides information on the user's progress in the Symmio wellness program, including program progress, adherence, history what exercise / article is up next.

History Page

The History page displays the entire history of assessments for the user, including the date of each assessment, the wellness score, and the option to download the wellness report for each assessment.
