The Wellness program page shows the following:

  • Program status

  • Date of last login

  • Consecutive day streak

  • % of Wellness program progress

  • Program adherence information

  • Previous day's exercise and educational program

  • Current day's exercise and educational program

Let's explore what each of these components mean:

Program Status

This quickly lets you know whether the client is active, pending or inactive.

  • Pending: The wellness program is awaiting activation. The program will begin once the user completes their first session.

  • Active: The wellness program is currently in progress.

  • Pending Retest: The user has completed their program, or an administrator has requested a retest.

Date of Last Login

This shows you when your user last logged into the Symmio and performed one of their daily to-do's.

Consecutive Day Streak

This shows how many days your client has consecutively logged in. This is another way for you to assess client engagement and consistency with the Symmio program.

Wellness Program Progress

This indicates the percentage of completion for the user’s current wellness program as well as the number of articles and/or exercises sessions remaining. As the user completed their wellness program, the donut chart and progress will increase.

Program Adherence Information

This area is very important to understand. Adherence to a Symmio program is of utmost importance to get the best outcomes with your clients. Simply put, if they don't adhere to the program, they are less likely to see improvements in their movement health and lifestyle factors affecting them.

The "program" within Symmio advances each day, whether a client completes the "daily to-do's" or not. Thus, if a client doesn't login, they miss a day of exercise and education that will make the next day's program a little easier.

The client's adherence is indicated in the chart. If they login and complete their "to-do's", the chart indicates a blue line. Each missed day is a red line. This area shows client compliance over 7 days, 30 days and all time.

This provides accountability between you and the client and demonstrates their commitment (or lack thereof) to the program.

  • 7-Day Adherence: The percentage of days the user was actively engaged in their wellness program over the last 7 days.

  • 30-Day Adherence: The percentage of days the user was actively engaged in their wellness program over the last 30 days.

  • All-Time Adherence: The user’s overall adherence percentage throughout their entire wellness journey.
