Symmio Wellness Programs are structured, science-backed plans designed to enhance movement, mitigate musculoskeletal (MSK) risks, and improve overall health and wellness. These programs integrate assessments, corrective exercises, and educational resources to provide a comprehensive approach to functional wellness.

Each program is designed to guide users through progressive phases, ensuring they receive the right interventions at the right time. Whether addressing mobility, stability, strength, or recovery, Symmio adapts to individual needs through personalized recommendations.

What is included in the Wellness Program?

Upon completing an initial assessment, Symmio evaluates eight key wellness domains:

  • Movement Health

  • Behavioral Health

  • Injury History

  • Breathing Quality

  • Physical Activity

  • Body Composition

  • Sleep Quality

  • Nutritional Awareness

Based on this assessment, Symmio's algorithm identifies the two areas most in need of improvement for each user. Movement Health is consistently prioritized due to its foundational role in overall wellness. The second focus area is a personalized lifestyle factor selected from the remaining domains. This targeted approach ensures that interventions are customized to address each individual's specific needs.

Movement Health

Movement health correctives are targeted exercises and interventions designed to improve mobility, stability, and motor control based on an individual's movement limitations. They follow a structured approach that identifies dysfunctional movement patterns and systematically addresses them to enhance overall function and reduce injury risk.

Corrective Exercise Process

  1. Identify the Limitation – Use screening tools (e.g., toe touch, squat, shoulder mobility test) to pinpoint movement deficits.

  2. Apply the Appropriate Corrective – Based on findings, implement targeted interventions focusing on mobility, stability, or motor control.

  3. Retest and Progress – Assess improvement and adjust the corrective strategy to ensure continued progress toward optimal movement health.
