Symmio is a wellness platform that helps individuals assess and improve their overall health and well-being. As part of the assessment process, Symmio evaluates 8 key areas of wellness to provide personalized guidance and education. In this article, we will take a closer look at these 8 areas and how they can impact your overall health.

The 8 Areas of Wellness that Symmio will assess are the following:

  1. Movement Health

  2. Behavioral Health

  3. Injury History

  4. Breathing Quality

  5. Physical Activity

  6. Body Composition

  7. Sleep Quality

  8. Nutritional Awareness

After the assessment is complete, Symmio uses a prioritization algorithm to determine which two areas of wellness need to be prioritized for improvement. These two areas are known as "Focus Areas". Symmio will provide personalized guidance and education in these two areas for a specific period of time and then direct the user to re-assess.

Because all of these areas work together and impact one another, we believe working on two "Focus Areas" can also positively impact the other areas. The consistent re-assessments that Symmio provides will always focus the user on the two areas of greatest need.

In conclusion, Symmio's assessment of the 8 areas of wellness provides a comprehensive understanding of your overall health and well-being. By identifying areas that may need improvement and providing personalized guidance and education, Symmio can help you achieve optimal wellness and live a healthier life.
