Links in Symmio are dynamic tools that allow administrators to streamline the process of inviting individuals to complete wellness assessments and join Symmio. These customizable links are designed to simplify user onboarding, whether you're capturing leads, assessing a large group, or offering free assessments.

With Links, you can:

  • Create Custom Invitations: Each link is unique and can be tailored with a name, group assignment, and tags.

  • Automate User Management: Automatically assign users to specific groups and apply relevant tags without manual input.

  • Offer Program Access: Choose to enroll users into wellness programs immediately after completing their assessment, giving them access to corrective exercises, educational materials, and the client app.

  • Track Link Usage: Monitor how often your links are used, review start and end dates, and manage their status (active/inactive).

  • Easily Share Links: Generate unique URLs or QR codes for sharing via email, websites, or printed materials.

When users click a link, they are guided through the Symmio web assessment. Upon completion:

  1. They create a Symmio account.

  2. Receive a high-risk recommendation (if applicable).

  3. Download their personalized PDF wellness report.

  4. Get instructions for accessing their wellness program via the client app.

This feature is a game-changer for efficient user onboarding, allowing you to focus more on managing health and wellness and less on administrative tasks.
