Steps to Create and Embed a Link
Navigate to the Links Page
Create a New Link
Click the + Add Link button.
On the invite link page, follow these steps:
Name Your Link: Choose a unique and descriptive name, like "Website Wellness Assessment" or "Free Health Screen."
Choose the Link Type: If you want users to have immediate access to a wellness program after completing the assessment, select the Enroll in Wellness Program option. Assign the number of wellness programs to this link based on your account availability.
Assign a Group: Select the group you’d like users to be automatically assigned to once they complete the assessment.
Add Tags: Add any tags to categorize or filter users (e.g., “Website Leads” or “Corporate Wellness”).
Save and Manage Your Link
Once created, your link will appear in the links list with details like name, group, tags, usage, and validity dates.
You can edit or deactivate links at any time by clicking the appropriate buttons.
Copy the URL or QR Code
To copy the unique URL, click the copy button next to your link.
Symmio also generates a QR code, which can be downloaded for use in marketing materials or displayed on your website.
