What to Do If You Have Duplicate Users
If you've accidentally created or imported duplicate user accounts, here are your options:
1. Identify the Most Complete Record
Open both profiles and compare:
Assessment completion
Groups and custom tags
Assigned programs
2. Deactivate the Incomplete or Duplicate Account
Go to the Users page.
Edit the user profile
Select Deactivate User.
3. Manually Transfer Notes or Tags (if needed)
Copy group / tag settings from the duplicate account to the active one.
