Editing a User
Go to Users and click the user you wish to edit.
User Profile Overview
The user profile contains comprehensive health and wellness data.
For more details on what's included in the User Profile, click HERE.
Next, click the edit button to display the fields you can edit.
From here you can edit the Name, Sex, Birthdate Group, Tag and MySymmio Access.
Changing Sex and Birthday
This feature allows account holders and administrators to modify the sex and birthdate of users.
Caution: Altering these details can impact the user's health and wellness score, as assessments are tailored to each user's age and sex, using normative data for comparison.
Reassign Users Group
To reassign a user to a different group, use the dropdown menu to select the desired group from those available in your organization.
Adding or Removing Tags
Add a tag by selecting from the dropdown menu. Users can have multiple tags.
To remove a tag, click the 'X' next to the tag you want to delete.
Managing Organizations (For Account Holders)
If you have purchased additional organizations, an 'Organizations' field will appear, enabling you to move users between different organizations.
MySymmio Access
From the profile, you can assign a MySymmio license to the user by selecting Yes. This will give the user access to the MySmmio app and will count towards your license limit.
