A "user" is anyone invited to join Symmio—be it as a client, patient, or employee—with the goal of completing Symmio's comprehensive Functional Health and Wellness Assessment. Users gain access to their personalized online account where they can review their detailed report and explore high-risk recommendations tailored to their health profile.

When a user is granted a Wellness Program, they unlock the ability to download the Symmio app from the Apple or Google Play stores, gaining full access to a suite of benefits and features designed to enhance their health journey.

Symmio offers the flexibility to designate someone simply as a "user" (access to the Health and Wellness assessment only) or to elevate their experience by granting them a "Wellness Program" for personalized solutions. Choose the plan that aligns with your needs and those of your specific situation, ensuring the best possible outcome for every individual involved.

Why would I not want everyone to have a access to their personalized health and wellness solutions -a.k.a "Wellness Program"?

Some individuals may want to use Symmio as a means to gather health and wellness data on their clients/patients. Thus, they want to provide them access to perform the Symmio assessments, but they will use that data to guide their own decisions with treatment or exercise planning.
