A "user" is simply someone who has access to Symmio's health and wellness assessments. They do not have access to the personalized solutions (Wellness Program) that can be generated by Symmio after taking the assessments.

A "Wellness Program" will allow a user to access the personalized health and wellness solutions that are generated by Symmio. These solutions appear within the users' app as daily "to-dos".

Why would I not want everyone to have access to a "Wellness Program"?

Some individuals want to use Symmio as a means to gather health and wellness data on their clients/patients. Thus, they want to provide them access to perform the Symmio assessments but they will use that data to guide their decisions with treatment or workout planning.

Another example would be in you are simply using the Symmio health and wellness assessments as a lead generator - in this instance, you wouldn't necessarily grant everyone that completes the health and wellness assessments with a Wellness Program initially.

You have the opportunity to choose whether you want everyone to have a license or not. Symmio allows you to choose the plan that works best for you and your specific situation.
