A Symmio user's wellness report is a valuable document that will provide a wealth of information at your fingertips. Accessing this report is a simple process. Let's dive in.
Accessing the latest user report
First, you will want to click on the "Users" tab.
Then, enter the user's name or email address to locate them. Once you see their name, click on it to open their user profile.
To download the latest wellness report for this user, simply click the "Download Latest Report" button on the screen.
After a few seconds, the PDF report will open in a new tab.
If a new tab with the PDF report doesn't open when you click "Download Latest Report", the pop-up blockers on your device are blocking this action. You will need to allow for pop-ups to view the report. Click HERE to read how to allow for pop-ups.
Accessing older user reports
If you want to take a look at an older report for a user, this is also a simple process. Since you already have their user profile opened up, click on the "History" tab in the middle of the screen.
You will see a listing of the previous dates on which your user completed their assessments. Choose which one you want to download and click the "Download Report" button to the right of that assessment.
