Can I do a reassessment at any time?

This article will help you understand how to do a reassessment before Symmio prompts you to.

Symmio is designed to provide its users with scheduled reassessments. You can click HERE to read specifics about those.

However, if you are on the administrative team and want to do a personal reassessment prior to the scheduled time, you can simply follow these steps:

  1. Login to the wellness platform.

  2. Click on the down arrow beside your name, and then click "My Assessment" in the dropdown menu.

  3. This will open up a summary of your latest assessment. Click "Retest" under your wellness score.

  4. Complete the reassessment.


If you want a person who is using the Symmio app to perform a reassessment, you can force the reassessment in the app by following these steps:

  1. Login to your wellness platform.

  2. Go to "Users" and click on the user you want to do a reassessment.

  3. This will open up to their Summary page. Click the "Retest" button under their wellness score.

  4. Confirm this choice by selecting "Yes" in the confirmation pop-up.

  5. A prompt to reassess will display for the client the next time they login to their Symmio app.
