What happens if I lose access to my wellness program?

If your wellness program is removed, don’t worry—Symmio will save your progress for 14 days. After that, your progress will be reset, and you’ll need to retake the assessment to start fresh.

How long does a wellness program last?

Most wellness programs are designed to run for about 28–30 days, depending on the content provided.

Can I retest my functional wellness?

Yes. If you want to retest your functional wellness before Symmio prompts you for the scheduled reassessment, you can certainly do that. Learn how to do that HERE.

What is adherence, and how is it tracked?

Adherence shows how consistently you’re following your wellness program. It’s tracked in three ways:

  • 7-Day Adherence: How consistent you’ve been over the last 7 days.

  • 30-Day Adherence: How consistent you’ve been over the last 30 days.

  • All-Time Adherence: Your overall consistency since starting your Symmio journey.

What is Wellness Program Progress?

It’s the percentage of your wellness program you’ve completed so far.

What is Focus Area Progress?

It’s how much content you’ve completed in a specific focus area within your wellness program.

What happens if my wellness program is removed?

If your program is removed, you’ll lose access to the Symmio app immediately. However, your progress is saved for 14 days, giving you time to reconnect or retake your assessment.

What if I completed my assessment recently?

If your assessment is less than 14 days old and no retest is requested by an admin, a new wellness program will be created and assigned automatically when you log back into the app.

What are my onboarding milestones?

Here’s what we track to help you get started:

  • Account Created: The date you signed up for Symmio.

  • Baseline Assessment: The date you completed your onboarding assessment.

  • Wellness Program Enrollment: Confirmation that you’ve been enrolled in a wellness program.

What are Pain Locations Identified?

This shows the number of areas where you reported pain during your assessment.

What does my program status mean?

  • Pending: Your program is waiting for you to start. Just log in and complete your first session!

  • Active: Your program is currently running.

  • Pending Retest: Your program is finished, and it’s time for a retest—or your admin has requested one.

When does my program officially start?

Your wellness program officially begins when you log into the app and complete your first activity, such as a corrective exercise or an article.

What is Latest Activity?

This is a record of activities you’ve completed (or missed) on previous days.

What is Up Next?

It’s a preview of what’s coming in your next session—think of it as your wellness program’s to-do list.
