The algorithm within Symmio is set to provide its users with a prompt for reassessments.

Movement Reassessment

For the Movement portion, Symmio will provide the user a reassessment at either day 7 or on day 14. This is all dependent on how a person scores on their initial Movement assessment.

Why the difference - you may ask.

The 7-day program is designed for individuals whose movement assessments show significant room for improvement, enabling rapid changes and quick retesting. The 14-day program is better suited for those who perform well but not optimally, as these individuals often require more time and practice to adjust their movement patterns effectively.

Lifestyle Reassessment

For the Lifestyle portion, Symmio will provide the reassessment at approximately the 30 day point. This is to allow for multiple weeks of education and for behavior change to start. Reassessing too soon will not allow for any significant changes to patterns or behaviors within someone's lifestyle.
