Adding users to your organization can streamline operations significantly, especially with the use of invite links which simplify the enrollment process. Here’s how to effectively use invite links to bring new users on board:

To begin, navigate to to the Links page from the Menu on the left. To create a link, simply press "Add Link"

When naming your invite link, choose a specific and descriptive name that clearly indicates its purpose. For instance, labeling the link "Men's Soccer" would effectively communicate that it's intended for enrolling all men's soccer players at a university. This approach helps streamline the process and ensures easy identification and management of different user groups within your organization.

Next choose what type of link you are creating. There are two type of links:

Link types

Assessment Only

Send a unique link to perform the functional wellness web assessment. Users who can access the web assessment only WILL NOT receive personalized daily recommendations and corrective exercises based on their assessment results.

MySymmio License

Send a unique link to perform the functional wellness web assessment and gift users one of your organization’s app licenses. Users who have a license will receive personalized daily recommendations and corrective exercises based on their assessment results in the Symmio app.

Groups and Tags

Selecting a group for your invite link automatically assigns every user who uses that link to the specified group. Similarly, tagging works the same way. This feature is particularly beneficial as it eliminates the need for manually assigning each user to a group or tag, significantly reducing administrative effort. For example, if you select "Men's Soccer" as the group, all users accessing the system through this link will be automatically placed into the Men's Soccer group, streamlining the process for targeted segments within your organization.

Limit

Setting a limit will allow you to control how many times this link can be used. As soon as the link limit has been reached, the link will become deactivated.

If you have de-activated a link, a user will no longer be able to use it. The user will be given a message showing them the link is disabled and they need to contact you for a new link.

Start Date and End Date

Adding a start date and end date is helpful when you want to collect date within a certain time period, or use the link for a specific time.

Active / Deactivated

You can also deactivate and activate a link anytime you want.

Once you have created your link, you will see a summary of the link on the links page. To edit or delete the link, simply hover over the link and click the appropriate button.

Deactivated links are highlighted in a dark gray color - making it easy for you to see how many of your links are active vs. inactive.

Sharing the Link

To copy the link, click on the clipboard on the left. This link can be pasted in your emails or other marketing that you are doing. As an added bonus, Symmio will create a unique QR code for you. You can display the QR code by clicking the link.

You can download the QR code to use in any of your marketing materials as well.

Once users click the link or scan the QR code, they will be taken directly to a "Welcome to Symmio" page - inviting them to complete their wellness assessments.

Once they input their information, their data will be linked directly to your organization.
