Symmio now lets you fully customize the results page shown to users after they complete a wellness assessment — whether they’re high-risk or not. This means you can tailor every assessment link to match your branding and goals.
It’s perfect if you want to:
Use Symmio as a lead capture tool
Provide custom messaging for different groups or referral partner
Direct users to schedule a consult, download a report, or view next steps
You can create as many branded links as you need — each with its own design, message, and call to action.
How to customize your results page
To start customizing your assessment links:
1. Go to the Links section
From your Symmio dashboard, click the Links icon in the left-hand menu.
2. Edit or create a new link
You can either select an existing link to update or click Create Link to start fresh.
If creating a new link, remember to complete that process and then head to step 3.
3. Open the Custom Branding tab
At the top of the link editor, click the Custom Branding tab.
4. Customize your results page
Once inside the Custom Branding tab, you’ll be able to fully personalize the results page experience. Here’s what you can customize:
Logo
Upload your organization’s logo in PNG, SVG, or JPEG format to be displayed at the top of the results page. We recommend SVG for higher quality images.
Background
Choose a background color that matches your brand. Knowing the HEX code will help match the exact brand color of your business or needs.
Video
Embed a YouTube or Vimeo URL to welcome users or explain next steps via video. Simply copy the share URL into the box and it will render a preview of your video.
Text
Customize the content to speak directly to your audience:
Header Text (up to 60 characters)
Paragraph Text (up to 300 characters)
Text Color to match your brand’s tone
Button
Add a compelling call to action:
Button Text (e.g., “Get Started,” “Book Now”)
Button URL — direct users to any page you choose
Button Color
Button Text Color
As you edit, you’ll see a live preview of your branded results page on the right-hand side.
5. Click Save Changes
Once you're happy with the setup, save your changes and share the link with your users.

Best practices
Use different links for different campaigns: Tailor the results page message for corporate clients, referral partners, or specific events.
Include a video: A short welcome or explainer video can help increase trust and engagement.
Make your CTA count: Link to a scheduling page, sign-up form, resource hub, or any next step that supports your goals.
