The Dashboard is the hub of all the basic and valuable information you will need to know about your organizations overall health and wellness. Here is where you will get a quick snapshot of all your user's:

  1. Compliance

  2. Score Trends

  3. Risk Categories

  4. Focus Areas

Compliance

The top 3 boxes will show the number of active, inactive and pending users.

Active - An active user is someone who regularly logs in and completes their daily activities.

Inactive - An inactive user is someone who has not logged in to their account for 7 consecutive days.

Pending - A pending user is someone who has been invited to join Symmio but has not yet created an account.

If you have more than one group, you can easily select which group you want to view by clicking on the dropdown menu at the top and selecting that group. Or, you can choose "All" and view data for your entire organization.

Score History

The next view on the Dashboard is your organization's average MSK score, as well a Score History graph. This graph will allow you to see trends in the average scores of your organization and will give you a quick glimpse to see changes in the scores.

Score Breakdown

Scrolling down a little further will show a breakdown of the number of users in each scoring bracket - with a goal of seeing the majority of users in the 70 and above scoring areas.

Risk Categories

This is arguably Symmio's most important feature. Our software collects evidence-based data, runs it through an injury risk algorithm, and categorizes users into high, moderate, slight and low risk categories. The goal is to have as few users as possible in the high and moderate categories. However, developing an action plan for users in these two categories is crucial.

Focus Areas

This section displays the focus areas of all your users. The number beside the focus areas shows you how many users are in that particular domain. This information can be used to help you identify trends in your organization or even develop initiatives to improve awareness in areas of greatest concern.
