Summary Report

This report provides a comprehensive and summarized report of your organizations MSK health and compliance. This report can be viewed by Account Holders, Administrators, Managers or Team Members.

By viewing the data month by month, this report will help you:

1) Track overall organizational progress.

2) View historical MSK data.

3) Assess overall risk for MSK problems.

The most unique and arguably important data that this report provides is the overall Musculoskeletal (MSK) risk for the organization.

Symmio uses a proprietary and research-based algorithm to determine MSK risk. The 4 MSK risk categories are based on a number and magnitude of known risk factors that will increase an individuals risk of developing an MSK disorder.

Users are categorized in one of 4 categories relative to their risk of a MSK disorder:

1) High - Users that fall into this category should receive top priority. They have multiple risk factors that require immediate attention. Users in this category are either already suffering from a MSK disorder, or they are heading towards one if action isn't taken. Recommendations for individuals in this category are that they seek care from a healthcare provider. The "Detail" and "Score" reports will outline why each person is in each category. However, what is important at this point is recognizing how many people fit into this category.

2) Moderate - Users in this category have manageable risk factors, and can benefit from one-on-one care or supervision.

3) Slight - Users in this category need to be aware of their status - and focus on Symmio's recommendations so that they can continue to improve their overall health and wellness and avoid moving into the moderate or high risk categories.

4) Low - Users in this category need to be aware of their status and focus on Symmio's recommendations to continue improving their overall health and wellness.
