We offer 3 Types of Subscription Plans:

1) Starter

2) Business

3) Enterprise

The Starter Plan

This plan is FREE and allows you to have up to 5 users and 5 licenses, access to the online Web Management Platform and email marketing materials and brochures.

A "User" is someone who can have access to the Wellness assessment. A "License" allows a "User" to access their personalized health and wellness solutions through the Symmio App.

The Business Plan

This plan is $75 per month and allows you to have up to 100 users and 10 licenses, access to the online Web Management Platform and email marketing materials and brochures. You also receive priority support and have the option to upgrade to additional users, additional licenses or add additional organizations. You can also choose to pay for a one-year subscription and save 15% with a one-time payment.

Add-ons

Add-ons allow you to increase your user and license limits as you grow your Symmio account. We offer a flexible way to add and remove as you please.

Pricing to add users on this plan is $0.50 per user / per month.

Pricing to add licenses on this plan $5.00 per license / per month.

The Enterprise Plan

If you need access to more than 100 users and licenses, then the Enterprise Plan is for you! The Enterprise Plan is for large-scale organizations seeking comprehensive health management. You must reach out to us to discuss your unique situation, and we can customize a plan that is just right for you and your organization. This plan will include access to the online Web Management Platform, access to email marketing materials and brochures, priority support and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Please note - when you create the account, you are automatically registered as a "User" on the account, thus decreasing the number of available "users" by 1 - regardless of the plan you choose.
