Functional Wellness Course

We’re thrilled to introduce the Functional Wellness Course, now free for all Business Plan subscribers! This four-hour course, led by Gray Cook, Lee Burton, and Kyle Barrow, takes a deep dive into screening, assessing, and managing holistic wellness.

Whether you're a movement professional, clinician, coach, or fitness enthusiast, this course will help you:

✅ Understand Functional Wellness and why it’s the missing link between healthcare and fitness.
✅ Learn how to screen and assess the eight domains of wellness to prevent injury and promote long-term health.
✅ Develop customized wellness plans based on user risk factors.
✅ Master the Symmio app’s tools for tracking progress and managing wellness programs.

Symmio now integrates with Zapier, unlocking over 4,000 app connections to streamline your workflow! This integration allows you to automate repetitive tasks, saving time and effort so you can focus on delivering exceptional wellness programs.
