Bodymap Pain Tracking

Movement pain is often vague when self-reported—so we made it simple, visual, and measurable.

Users can now identify:

Where pain is located using a body-based visual selector
How severe it is using a standardized pain rating scale
Which areas change over time based on retests and weekly check-ins

Professionals can see:

→ Body locations showing discomfort
→ Pain severity trends
→ Areas improving or worsening during a program

This helps you prioritize intervention, guide next steps, and communicate more effectively about the real source of limitation.

Weekly Check-Ins for Better Accountability

To support consistent behavior change, users enrolled in a wellness program will now complete weekly check-ins. Each check-in captures:

  • Perceived improvement from the prior week

  • Ability to perform assigned exercises

  • Current level of pain

These responses now appear directly inside the participant’s program timeline, giving professionals a clearer picture of how users are progressing—even when they haven't directly reached out.

This data helps you:

  • Identify who is struggling

  • Celebrate weekly wins

  • Adjust programs and communication

  • Keep engagement high

The result? Better adherence, faster turnarounds, and improved satisfaction.

Wellness Engagement Report

Track engagement. Improve adherence. Personalize follow-up.

The Wellness Engagement Report gives professionals real-time visibility into how users are progressing inside their wellness programs. Instead of guessing engagement or waiting for issues to surface, the report highlights exactly who is improving, who’s disengaged, and who needs support.

What’s Included

The report displays key adoption and activity metrics such as:

7-Day Engagement %
30-Day Engagement %
Average days missed
Current activity streaks
Retest due dates
Program status (Active, Enrolled, Retest Pending)

You can also view engagement on a per-user basis including:

  • Program start date

  • User streak history

  • Real-time progress percentage

  • Days missed and retest timelines

Assessment Compliance Report

See who has completed assessments—and who still needs action.

The Assessment Compliance Report provides clear oversight of onboarding and compliance for baseline assessments, account setup, and scheduled reassessments.

What’s Included:

The report organizes users into simple action-based categories, such as:

✔ Completed baseline assessments

✔ Pending baseline assessments

✔ Pending account creation

✔ Pending retests

Each section includes a visible list of users, so you instantly know:

  • Who is ready for next steps

  • Who still needs onboarding

  • Who should be prompted to retest
