When you decide to cancel a paid subscription plan, your billing will cease at the end of your current billing cycle, based on the terms of your subscription agreement.
Example for Monthly Subscribers: If your payment is due on the 15th of each month and you cancel on the 20th, you will still have access to your MySymmio plan until the 14th of the following month. No further charges will be applied starting the 15th of the next month.
Example for Annual Subscribers: If you have an annual subscription and have paid for the year in advance, you will retain access to your MySymmio account for the remaining period of the prepaid year. There will be no charges for the subsequent billing cycle once your current subscription year ends.
