When you want to grant access to a Wellness Program and all the benefits that come with it or remove a Wellness Program from a user that no longer needs it, follow the instructions below to get started.
Assigning a Wellness Program(s)
To get started go to Users and click on the user you wish to assign a Wellness Program or remove a Wellness Program from.
Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and either check the box to assign a Wellness Program or uncheck to remove the Wellness Program.
If you have reached your Wellness Program limit, you will not be able to assign any further Wellness Programs to users. You will need to either remove a Wellness Program from someone, upgrade your account (Starter Plan only) and add more Wellness Programs.
When you assign a Wellness Program to an existing user, they will receive email communication notifying them they have been granted access to a Wellness Program.
Removing a Wellness Program from a User
If you have a user who no longer needs a Wellness Program, you can remove it from their account to free up space for another person. To do this, uncheck the box and click Save.
When you remove a Wellness Program from an existing user, they will receive email communication notifying them that their access to a Wellness Program has been removed.
