With a Compliance report, you can track activity of the organization in the platform to monitor adoption and engagement. This report can be viewed by Account Holders, Administrators, Managers or Team Members. You can specify the group, tag and date to get a unique snapshot of the user's account status.
Account Status:
There are three options when it comes to account status:
1) Active - An active user is someone who regularly logs in and completes their daily activities.
2) Inactive - An inactive user is someone who has not logged in to their account for 7 consecutive days.
3) Pending - A pending user is someone who has been invited to join Symmio but has not yet created an account.
The Donut Chart provides the following information:
What percentage of users have logged in during a specific period.
What percentage of users have completed an assessment.
What percentage of users have completed 50% or more of their daily tasks.
Below the donut chart, the Compliance report will also provide email addresses of "Pending" users as well as users who are "Pending Initial Assessments"
