As a wellness coach, it is important to have a clear understanding of what your users are doing on a day to day basis. This is especially crucial when they come to you with questions about their exercises or something they read in an article. Luckily, Symmio provides a user-friendly interface that allows you to easily track and monitor your users' activity.

Navigating to the User Profile

To get started, simply navigate to the user's profile by clicking on their name or profile picture. Once you are on their profile, you will see a sub-heading labeled "Wellness Program". Click on this to access all of the user's wellness program information.

Viewing Corrective Exercises

Under the "Today" or "Up Next" sections, you will see a corrective exercise card. By clicking on this card, you will be able to see what exercises the user is currently doing or what article they are reading. This is a great way to stay informed and up to date on your users' progress.

When viewing the corrective exercise, you will be able to see the user's progress, as well as a description and full-length video of the exercise. This allows you to have a better understanding of what the user is working on and how they are progressing.

Reading User Articles

In addition to corrective exercises, Symmio also allows users to access articles related to their wellness program. As a coach, you can also view these articles by clicking on the article card under the "Today" or "Up Next" sections.

When reading an article, you will have access to the entire content, as well as any tasks or suggestions that our Symmio team has made. This is a great way to stay informed and provide additional support to your users.
