Web portal users receive platform notifications for many different actions your users take, designed to keep you and your team informed about important activities within Symmio. This feature will help you proactively manage your time and improve overall efficiency.
Types of Notifications
New Account: A new user has created an account.
Baseline Assessment Completion: A new user has completed their baseline assessment.
Inactive User: A user has not logged in for over 7 days.
Day Streak: A user has achieved a new day streak milestone.
Wellness Score Update: A user has retested, and a new wellness score is available.
Movement/Lifestyle Assessment: A user has retested the movement or lifestyle assessments.
Focus Area Update: A user has retested one of the eight domains.
High-Risk User: A user has been placed in the high-risk category.
Viewing Notifications
When a user triggers a notification, it will be displayed in the top right corner of the web platform. Clicking the notification will display all received notifications.
Marking Notifications as Read
To mark a notification as read:
Click the notification icon.
Click the individual notification to mark it as read.
To mark all notifications as read, click "Mark All as Read."
Clearing Notifications
To clear notifications:
Click the "X" next to a single notification to clear it.
To clear all notifications, click "Clear All."
Role-Based Notifications
Notifications are based on your current role within Symmio:
Group Managers: Will receive notifications only for the groups they manage.
Account Holders and Admins: Will receive notifications from all groups.

Turning Notifications off and on
To turn your notifications off or on:
Navigate to settings
Click on notifications
Select what notifications you would like to receive by using the toggle switch.
