You can certainly use Symmio as your guide and take someone through the Movement Assessment and Lifestyle Assessments in an in person setting.

The first thing you would want to do is create a link in your account.

Click the "Links" button from the menu and then click "+Add Link".

You can name it anything you want, but a possibility would be "In Person Assessments". Remember to complete all of the other pertinent information (type of link, group, tags, number of times limit and start/end date.)

You can then copy the link and open it up in a new tab on the device you want to use while performing the assessments.

Please note - you must then log out of your account where you copied the link from. Otherwise, the link will default back to your account if you are on the same device you copied the link from.

Once you are logged out of your account, go back to the tab you opened with the copied link. Now, you are ready to have your client create their own account. You can have them complete this portion or you can do it for them. Then, proceed with the assessments.

Since some of the information can be sensitive, you can choose to allow your client to complete some of the lifestyle assessments themselves on your device. That is entirely up to you and how you want to complete all of this information.
