Symmio offers integrations that help you streamline your wellness workflow, automate tasks, and sync data between platforms.

1. Zapier Integration

Symmio’s most flexible integration option is through Zapier, which allows you to connect with thousands of third-party applications—no coding required.

What You Can Do with Zapier:

  • Trigger actions when a user completes a Wellness Assessment

  • Add users to your email marketing list (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)

  • Update CRM contacts (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Send follow-up emails or messages (e.g., Gmail, Slack, SMS apps)


How to Access Integrations

  1. Log into your Symmio Admin Account

  2. Click Settings > Integrations

  3. Follow the prompts to connect your Zapier account and begin creating Zaps.

Pro Tip: Use prebuilt “Zap Templates” for common automations like sending welcome emails or logging new user data.

While Zapier provides wide functionality, Symmio is exploring direct integrations with popular platforms. These may include:
