Once you open the Zapier integration, you’ll see several key sections designed to help you set up automations quickly and efficiently:

Your Zaps

This section displays all of your active Zaps, so you can track, edit, or manage your automations in one place. If you’ve previously set up Zaps in Symmio, you’ll find them here for easy access.

Note: If this is your first time using Zaper, you will not see this option.

Guess a Zap (New! ✨)

Not sure how to set up a Zap? Guess a Zap makes automation easier than ever!

💡 How it Works: Instead of manually selecting triggers and actions, just describe what you want to automate in natural language. Zapier will analyze your request and suggest relevant workflows, eliminating the guesswork.

Example: If you type "Send an email when a user completes an assessment," Zapier will suggest a pre-built Zap that connects Symmio with Gmail or Mailchimp.

App Search

This section helps you quickly find apps to connect with Symmio and explore popular automation templates.

App Search: Search for thousands of apps like HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets, and Stripe to create custom integrations.

Popular Workflows for Symmio

Popular Workflows for Symmio: Ready-to-use automation templates based on common Symmio use cases, such as:

Add new Symmio users to Mailchimp for automated email sequences.
Send Slack notifications when a high-risk user is identified.
Enroll users in a wellness program after payment via Stripe.

These pre-built workflows save you time by setting up the most frequently used automations in just a few clicks.
