Customizing High-Risk Recommendations

When using Symmio, you may want to customize the high-risk recommendations to better suit your needs. One way to do this is by adding additional contact information, such as a phone number or email address. This can be easily done using HTML functions.

Email Link

Adding an email link to the main body of the high-risk recommendations can make it easier for users to contact you. To simplify this process, you can use a website that automatically generates the code for an email link.

One such website is the Mailto Generator. This website allows you to input the recipient's email address, subject line, and body of the email, and then generates the code for the email link. This is extremely helpful when you want to automatically create an email for the user.

For example, if you wanted to create an email to yourself from a user in the high-risk category because of pain, you could input something like this:

CLICK THIS TEST EMAIL

To add this hyperlink to your article, simply copy the code from the Mailto Generator website, type in the text on the page, highlight the text, click the "hyperlink" button, and paste the code.

Phone Numbers

Displaying a phone number on your website can make it look more professional and authentic, and also make it easier for customers to contact you. With HTML, you can turn your phone number into a clickable link that will automatically make a call when clicked on a phone-capable device.

To add your phone number as a hyperlink, start with "TEL:" followed by your number. It should look like this: tel:123-456-7891

By following these simple steps, you can easily customize the high-risk recommendations in Symmio and make it easier for users to contact you for further assistance.
