How to Access your MySymmio Account?

This article will help you understand how to access your personal Symmio account from the Wellness Platform.

We've made accessing your personal Symmio account from the Wellness Platform very easy! From anywhere on the Wellness Platform, click the down arrow beside your name at the top of the page.

Select "My Symmio Account" to be taken to your personal Symmio account.

You can use the down arrow to toggle back and forth between your personal account and the Wellness Platform.

From here you can complete your own Functional Wellness assessment and test the user experience of the web application. Start by entering your biological sex and DOB, and you'll be presented with the Today screen.

Your Results

Once you complete the Movement Assessment & Lifestyle assessment, you'll receive your a maximum of 3 steps of a minimum of 1. It all depends on if you or your users are in the high-risk category and if they have access to MySymmio.

Step 1: High-Risk Recommendations

If you or your users end up in the High-Risk category, you'll be shown the Red "Your Recommendations" step. Click that button will open up your customized recommendations for users in the high-risk category for Pain or behavioral health.

These are customized in the settings and directly to the group.

Step 2: Download the PDF Report

Symmio will provide a PDF report of your Functional Health and Wellness breakdown every aspect of the assessment.

Step 3: Start Your Program

User who have access to MySymmio app will have an additional option to download the app to receive their personalized program. otherwise, they will not be shown that step.

This page explains the benefits of the app and encourages users to download the app to access their program to start their health and wellness journey.
