What are high-risk recommendations?

Triggering High-Risk Recommendations

How does someone end up seeing these high-risk recommendations? There are two main triggers:

  1. Pain Alerts: If someone reports pain during their movement assessment or flags it in their Injury History, it's a red flag.

  2. Behavioral Health Scores: Falling below the norm in the Behavioral Health Assessment signals a cry for help.

Understanding these triggers is crucial. Learn more about Risk Categories.

High-Risk Notifications

Users are notified when they are in the high-risk category immediate after completing the Functional Wellness Assessment.

Important Message (In-app)

Imagine this: a user checks their Today screen and sees an important message telling them they're in the high-risk category. It's a direct call to action to seek help, triggered by pain or behavioral health concerns.

Your Recommendations (Web Assessment)

Similarly, completing an assessment on the web and hitting that high-risk mark brings up a message. It's the first step toward addressing their needs, especially for users facing behavioral health challenges.

Viewing the Recommendations

Once that important message is seen, users are directed to "My Recommendations," where your customized action steps await. It's your chance to guide them towards the next steps, resources, or support they need.

In the App

In this example, users can find a tailored video, a catchy header, informative body text, and a button leading them to more resources. It's your personalized health message, ready to make a difference.

Web Assessment

The experience is seamless across devices. The same thoughtful layout and content greet users, ensuring consistency in your message and support, no matter where they access it.

In summary, High-Risk Recommendations on Symmio are about more than just alerts; they're a comprehensive support system. By understanding triggers, customizing your approach, and effectively communicating through in-app and web messages, you're setting up a robust network of care for users at risk. It's a powerful way to make a real impact on their health journey.
