Symmio continues to evolve with new tools designed to make movement programs easier to follow and health content easier to access.

This month’s update introduces a completely redesigned exercise experience along with a new Discover section inside the Symmio app. Together, these features improve how users engage with exercise programs while expanding access to expert-led health and wellness content.

A Redesigned Exercise Experience

We’ve rebuilt the Symmio exercise experience to provide more structure, visibility, and flexibility when completing routines.

Previously, exercises were completed by simply watching a video and following along. While effective, this format didn’t give users a clear view of program structure or their progress through a routine.

The new exercise experience introduces a more guided and structured flow that allows users to move through exercises with greater clarity and confidence.

Users can now preview programs, review routines before starting, and see how exercises progress throughout each session. Instructional “How to Perform” videos provide clear guidance so users can perform movements correctly and safely.

This redesign makes it easier for users to stay engaged and complete their programs consistently.

Structured Programs and Dynamic Routines

Corrective exercise works best when users understand what they are doing and why they are doing it.

The updated system organizes corrective exercises into structured routines and progressive programs designed to improve mobility, stability, and overall movement quality.

Users can now follow step-by-step routines with clear transitions between exercises and a better understanding of how each movement fits into the larger program.

These changes make exercise programs easier to follow while supporting long-term adherence and better outcomes.

Introducing the Discover Section

In addition to improving exercise delivery, this update introduces a new Discover section within the Symmio app.

Discover acts as a central hub where users can explore a wide range of health, fitness, and wellness content.

Instead of only following assigned programs, users can now explore curated resources that support movement health, recovery, and overall wellbeing.

Educational Content Curated by Functional Movement Systems

The Discover section includes a growing library of expert-led content developed and curated by Functional Movement Systems.

Users can access:

  • Educational videos and articles on health, fitness, and wellness

  • Custom exercise routines and corrective movement programs

  • Guided stretching sessions

  • Meditation and recovery content

This content helps users better understand their health while providing practical tools they can immediately apply to improve how they move and feel.

Supporting Long-Term Movement Health

Symmio is designed to help people move better, reduce pain, and build healthier habits over time.

By combining structured exercise programs with expert educational content, these new updates give users the tools they need to take a more active role in their health.

The redesigned exercise experience and Discover section represent another step toward creating a complete movement health platform powered by the principles of Functional Movement Systems.
