Understanding the History Page
The History page is a useful tool for keeping track of your client's assessments. It displays a comprehensive overview of all past assessments, making it easy to access and download detailed reports.
Accessing the History Page
To access the History page, simply navigate to the "History" tab on the main menu. This will bring you to a page that lists all past assessments in chronological order.
Viewing Assessment Details
On the History page, you will see a list of all past assessments, including the specific date of each assessment and the corresponding wellness score. This allows you to quickly see how your client's wellness has progressed over time.
Downloading Reports
The History page also provides the option to download a detailed report for each assessment. Simply click on the "Download Report" button next to the desired assessment, and a PDF report will be generated and downloaded to your device.
