When you want to grant access to MySymmio and all the benefits that come with a license or remove a license for a user that no longer needs it, follow the instructions below to get started.
Assigning License(s)
To get started go to Users and click on the user you wish to assign a license or remove a license from.
Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and either check the box to assign a license and uncheck to remove the license.
If you have reached your License limit, you will not be able to assign licenses to users. You will be to either remove a license, upgrade your account (Starter Plan only) and add more licenses.
When you assign a license to an existing user, they will receive email communication notifying them they have been granted access MySymmio.
Removing a License from a User
If you have a user who no longer needs a license, you can remove it from their account to free up space for a new user. To do this, uncheck the box and click Save.
When you remove a license from an existing user, they will receive email communication notifying their access to MySymmio has been removed.
