This article will show you how to deactivate a current user(s) and reactivate to mark this user as active again.
Deactivating a User
Deactivating a user is beneficial if you need to temporarily free up a slot in your user limit while still retaining the user's account and data.
Go to Users and click the user you wish to deactivate.
Click "Edit" to modify the profile of the user you wish to deactivate. At the top of the popup, choose "Deactivate" to mark the user as deactivated.
Deactivated users temporarily lose access to the app and web platform.
Their data will not be visible in your dashboard or reports.
Reactivating a User
To reactivate a user(s), go to Users and click the user you wish to reactivate.
Click edit on the users profile and at the top of the popup click "Reactivate" to mark this user as active again.
