What is the Wellness Platform?
The Wellness Platform is a tool for informing your organization’s health and wellness leaders, as well as team members, about the overall health & wellness of their coworkers, employees or clients.
It is recommended that those with access to Account Holder, Administrator and Manager roles have knowledge and training in handling sensitive information. Although these results are not a reliable indicator of an employee’s effectiveness at work, this information nonetheless needs to be handled professionally and with respect.
How is this information gathered?
Information that appears on this platform is either input by the users themselves or gathered from the Movement and Lifestyle assessments in the Symmio mobile application.
Personal information can be edited if a user needs assistance, however, scoring data cannot be edited or changed in the portal and can only be updated with a retest through the application’s assessments.
How should this data be used?
This data should be used in a professional manner at all times.
This data should be used to help to inform your organization’s administrators as to how they might support their employees better individually and holistically.
Individually: Can help aid users in navigating employer issued insurance plans or direct them to professionals that can help them make positive progress in an area that has a low score.
Holistically: If there is a persistent area or defined trends where your employees are struggling, the workplace can be enhanced or augmented to help support a shift.
Example: If nutritional awareness is a low scoring area for a significant number of your employees, consider adding healthy snack and food options to the breakroom and kitchen areas of your office.
