What are the different roles for users of the Wellness Platform?

Account Holder

Account Holders have the highest level of access in the Wellness Platform and can manage everything in the system, including the billing information. This person has access to all 4 reports.

Example: A person with access to view sensitive client/employee data, who is in charge of maintaining and administering the account. This may be a Wellness Director, Human Resources, Healthcare Professional.

Administrator

Administrators can see everything but can’t change billing, upgrade or control add-ons. This person has access to all 4 reports.

Manager

Managers only exist at the group level and have the same level of access in the Wellness Platform as Administrators. The responsibility for adding Managers and allowing them access to manage the groups falls on the Account Holder. The manager has access to all 4 reports.

Example: A person with access to view sensitive client/employee data, who is in charge of maintaining and administering the group(s) such as location leader, regional manager, healthcare professional.

Team Member

Team members only exist at the group level and have restricted access to user data in the Employee Management System. The responsibility for adding Team Members and allowing them access to view the groups falls on the Account Holder or Manager. A team member only has access to the "Compliance" and "Summary" reports.

Once you assign someone a "role", they will display in your "Team" section. (See picture below.) Users without a role will display in the "Users" section.
